RENTER'S QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for renting through Century 21 Doug Anderson Property Management, your gross income needs to be 3 times the amount of the rent and have good credit and no prior evictions. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 cash for each credit report and application process.  If you are coming from outside California, the application fee is $25.00 cash.
