The Century 21 Doug Anderson Property Management approach will provide you with a number of services for reduced costs.
Our services to include, but aren’t limited to:
v Weekly property inspections
v Supervising all services (i.e. the gardening)
v Obtaining estimates for necessary repairs/overseeing the repairs
v Thorough property inspection report upon obtaining property
v Secure property (i.e. board up/re-key)
v Provide uniform access to realtors and vendors
The fees for our services are: $200.00 for the initial set up and $50.00 per week for each subject property.
